The Brief
A specialist financial reporting software provider needed to engage a narrowly defined audience across a target account list of 255 businesses.
ABM Logic was engaged through a demand generation agency to deliver the campaign on a white-label basis. We identified eligible contacts, generated content engagement and delivered qualified leads to support the client’s account development and SDR activity.

Objective
Maximize lead delivery
Audience
Specialist decision-makers across 255 target accounts
Our role
White-labeled audience research, content syndication, nurture, telephone verification and lead delivery
The challenge
The client needed to reach a small, highly specialized audience. Its account list was tightly defined, with precise role requirements and extensive exclusions limiting who could qualify.
Senior responsibilities were central to the brief, including Tax Directors, Heads of Digital Assets and Digital Currency Compliance Officers. These roles mattered because the client’s account development process depended on engaging people with specific responsibilities. Seniority alone could not establish suitability.
Finding those contacts required deeper research. Many had limited visibility on social networks, and standard data sources did not provide complete coverage. We were tasked with uncovering eligible audience members and turning their engagement into qualified leads while maintaining the client’s targeting requirements.
What we did
Identified hard-to-reach decision-makers
We translated the client’s account list, geographic requirements and specialist title criteria into a focused audience research brief. Understanding which responsibilities qualified, and which did not, helped us direct research toward people the client’s sales team could meaningfully engage.
We combined first-party and third-party resources, then used manual prospect research to fill gaps in coverage. This uncovered additional eligible contacts within the target accounts, including specialists with little presence on professional social networks.
Throughout that process, we assessed the available audience and aligned the lead target with what the campaign could realistically deliver.
Built engagement through syndication and nurture
Content syndication put the client’s material in front of relevant decision-makers. One-to-one retargeting, nurture tracks and landing page optimization then created further opportunities to engage with the brand and product.
Lead scoring connected those interactions into a clearer picture of engagement. Content activity, dwell time, landing-page events and responses to follow-up informed how prospects were nurtured and directed back to relevant landing pages and microsites.
This gave the campaign a coordinated progression, with subsequent communications shaped by how each contact responded.
Qualified leads for account development
We developed a telephone script with the client that combined contact verification with a focused profiling question. The question established the prospect’s role in the decision-making process, giving the account sales team context it could use in follow-up.
Telephone verification complemented the behavioral signals captured throughout the campaign. Together, they helped validate contact information and assess engagement against the client’s requirements before final handover.
Inside the targeting
Specialist roles. Precise qualification.
Precisely defined roles and seniority
The brief prioritized specialist responsibilities and seniority levels, with detailed exclusions keeping audience selection aligned with the client’s sales process.
Research beyond standard sources
Manual research supplemented first-party and third-party data to uncover eligible contacts with limited visibility on social networks.
Engagement that informed follow-up
Content interactions, nurture responses, landing-page activity and telephone profiling provided context about each prospect’s engagement and decision-making role.
The results
Target-account coverage
Lead goal achieved
White-labeled delivery
The campaign generated accepted leads from 36% of the target account list and achieved 100% of the agreed lead goal.
Those results came from a tightly restricted audience, where specialist responsibilities and detailed exclusions governed who could qualify. Focused research expanded contact coverage within the approved accounts, while syndication, nurture and telephone verification helped turn that access into qualified engagement.
What changed for the client
The client gained qualified contacts across more than a third of its target account list, giving its account development and SDR teams relevant people to engage.
Each lead was supported by campaign engagement and verification, with profiling adding context about the contact’s role in the decision-making process. The result was a stronger starting point for follow-up within a specialist market that had been difficult to reach.
